General Aviation Parking
Parking is available in the General Aviation (GA) parking lot for customers and visitors.
- First 30 minutes: Free
- $4.00 per hour after the first 30 minutes
- $16.00 daily maximum
If you are visiting Hilton Head Helicopter Tours or Signature Aviation, please contact them regarding parking validation before leaving the parking lot. Parking validation, when applicable, is provided directly by these businesses and is not issued by Hilton Head Island Airport.
Please follow all posted parking signs and payment instructions while using the General Aviation parking lot.

Hangar Wait List Information
HXD currently has a waiting list for T-hangars and Corporate Hangars 60’ x 52’’. Tie-down spaces are available through Signature Flight Support with no waiting list. If you would like to add your name to the hangar waiting list, please fill out the Request for Hangar Wait List Form, print, sign, and mail it with your deposit check to the administrative office at 26 Hunter Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926.
Potential hangar tenants should also review our self-fueling policy.
- A non-refundable $150 hangar wait list administration fee is required for each hangar size application
- No online payment currently for the wait list administration fee
- An applicant need not own an aircraft while waiting for hangar space, but must have it upon occupancy
- Co-owners of aircraft must apply under one owner’s name only or complete a separate application.
- If a hangar applicant does not accept a hangar within 48 hours from the time notified, the next applicant on the waiting list will be notified.
